Privacy, Shiping and Return Policies

Safeguarding your confidentiality and protecting your personal information is a primary concern. We do not share your information with anyone.

Canadian Customers:

Appropriate sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order during checkout.


American and European Customers:

All charges are calculated in Canadian Dollars and will be converted by the financial institution associated with your method of payment. Please go here for an estimate of your current rate.  Packages shipped to the US generally do not experience delays at customs except occasionally during the Christmas season.  Some International packages may experience delays at customs. We have no control over customs related delays and will not be held responsible for such delays.


Returns & Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unused merchandise returned to us within 14 days of receiving your item.  The customer is responsible for return shipping to us and we pay to ship the replacement item.


Shipping

  • We Ship with Canada Post Expedited Parcel from our home office in Deep River, Ontario. 
  • European orders are shipped by International Air Parcel.
  • Ontario shipping is about 5 business days.
  • Rest of Canada is about 7 business days.
  • USA is about 10 business days.
  • European shipping is $50 and takes up to 12 business days.
  • Shipping times are estimates & cannot be guaranteed.
